Community Quilts, also know as the Charitable Donations Committee, is the charity arm of the Carson Valley Quilt Guild. We meet the 3rd Monday of every month (except December) at the Methodist Church, 1375 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville, NV. at 11:00 a.m., where we tie and bind quilts for donation and make project kits for members who cannot attend this workday to work on at home. We are working on a possible earlier start for this activity. Stay tuned.

"Scrap Happy" is a combo of orphan blocks and coordinating strips. It was the Block of the Year quilt for 2020 and 2021. Look for a finished "Garlic Knot" photo coming soon.
